Shipping and returns
If your order exceeds the weight of 20 kg, we are forced to pack it in two or more packages. This obviously affects shipping costs, but this way you are assured that the products are delivered in the right conditions. Products longer than 175 cm are subject to an additional freight charge.
Only consumers from the countries listed below may place orders (packages up to 20kg):

Return
Within 14 days of receipt, you must report any possible deficiencies by e-mail to info@trailerpartsplaza.com. Reports of deficiencies after 14 days we will no longer process and the consequences will be at your own expense. Any modifications you make to the product, as well as damages resulting from testing and the like will cause the right of return to lapse. You can return your return shipment at your own expense or deliver it to us. However, we will pay the return cost if we made a mistake in delivery. However, you must first notify us by email at info@trailerpartsplaza.com. Include:
- The packing slip number
- The item number
- The number of
- The reason for the return
- The follow-up choice (new product, money back or the like).
If possible, we will send you a new product, or your purchase price will be refunded within a few days using the payment method used to pay for the order.
