- Orders up to 20 kg are shipped as one package
- Heavier orders are split between multiple packages
- Additional shipping costs may apply for longer products

- Belgium: €12.50 per package
- Germany: €15.50 per package
- Austria: €20.00 per package
- Denmark: €17.50 per package
- France: €22.50 per package
- Poland: €20.00 per package
- United Kingdom: €35.00 per package

How do returns work?
- Report your return at info@trailerpartsplaza.com.
- Include:
- Packing slip number
- Article number
- Number
- Reason for return
- Desired solution (new product or money back)
- After approval you can return the product or deliver it to us
Did we make a mistake with your order? Then we will reimburse the return costs.
Refund or replacement
After receiving your return, there are 2 options:
- If possible, we will send a new product
- We will refund the purchase price via the original payment method
We will process your return as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after notification, provided that the product has been received in good order.
Return conditions
Reflection period and cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notification of your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
Refund
We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good order. For a complete return, you will also receive a refund of the original shipping costs, with the exception of additional costs for a more expensive shipping method.
State of the product
Products should be returned unused and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. If the product has been used more than necessary to evaluate it, we may charge a reduction in value.
Exceptions
Excluded from return are:
- Products that are specially made or ordered
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (if applicable)
Return
The risk of the return shipment lies with the sender. We recommend sending your return with track and trace.
